Transcript Request
Students currently enrolled or past graduates of Apollo-Ridge High School needing a transcript may be issued a copy upon request .
Transcript Request Forms are available Monday through Friday
in the high school guidance office during business hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Completed transcript forms may also be faxed
to 724-478-9775,or email to [email protected].
